Patient Portal is a secure link designed to allow patients access to their medical records.
What information do I need to transfer from another practice?
We will need your child’s shot record and previous medical record(s).
Does Carolina Pediatrics have an appointment cancellation policy?
Yes. For any scheduled visit, if you are unable to make your appointment, please call our office 803-256-0531 to reschedule or cancel the appointment. All appointments must be canceled or reschedule within 24 hours appointment time.
